04 - Toward The Sun 1/2"Aaaaaaaahhhhhh! Mama! Papa! Alicia!"
"Shh, it's okay little one..."
"Grandpa...? Who are these people...?
"Alistair, run! Argh...!"
"Get back here!"
" Stay away from me!!!"
"... What... what happened...? "
"That doesn't matter. All that matters is that you belong to me, Alistair Smith. And you always will."
Al opened his eyes and groaned, sitting up. Another restless night... Only this time, they weren't just nightmares.
"Je suis desole, ma famille..." he muttered, sitting up and looking to the side. Everyone in the tent was fast asleep, lucky indiviuals. He slowly climed out of bed, grabbed his spell book and walked out, all the way to where he kept the cauldron Nora had got him and sat down. Looking around quickly, he opened the book at the back, where two pictures were kept. One was a picture of him and his grandfather, while the othe
03 - Mirror Mirror "Why don't you ever take your training seriously?! You're letting other kids best you and they're not even wizards!"
"I never asked to be a wizard, dad!"
"... And I never asked for a disappointment like you for a son."
Daniel quickly opened his eyes and sat up. He looked around at where he was and sighed deeply, "Why couldn't this just be Inception...?"
It'd been over 2 weeks and he still couldn't get used to the fact that he was in this situation. His family's gone, he had to leave his friends (potentially for good), and he was stuck in 'The Carnival of SAFETY', "Safety my ass," he scoffed. He'd only been in the maze and he already knew this place is the furthest thing from that, "Such a misleading title..." he stopped for a brief moment, thinking. What use would he even be against Victoria...? He had no combat skills and the spells he knows barely clasify as helpful. He was an incom
02 - I May FallNick, Peter, Anne and Persephone were sitting in a large library. Everyone was quiet, probably had nothing to say to each other. When Nick was brought to Victoria's house, the three had given up on ever being freed. It was only a matter of time before she gets Coral's family and Whitley.
"Two weeks..." Nick said aloud as he was looking to the door, which was guarded.
Anne huffed, stood up and walked over to where he sat, "What, exactly are you doing Nicolas?"
Nick looked up at Anne then looked back to the door without saying anything.
"Let him be Anne," Persephone stated, "he's always been like this."
"And, you don't find this at all irritating? Him stating how long he's been here, every day?"
"No," Peter said, "He's always been the smart one in the group. Probably thinking of a way out of here."
"5," Nick started counting down, "4, 3, 2, 1." the door opened andna new guard came in, switching with the other, "Implausible, but not impossible..."
Nick stood up and wal
01 - Wake Me Up Inside Alistair opened his eyes and found himself in the middle of an empty room, holding a bow, "Hello?" he called out, looking around, "Anyone here?" he heard a sound from above. His eyes widened in fear. It appeared to be a deformed creature, dripping with black ooze.
"Alisssstair...." it spoke in a corrupted voice, "You're time... isss up..."
Al quickly ran out of range as it came crashing to the ground
"There'ssss no esssscape, boy...."
"Stay away from me!" he yelled, quickly turning to shoor an arrow at the creature, only for it to dissolve before hitting. Not knowing what else to do, he kept running. He got to the door and tried to open it, but it was locked, "What...? No, no, no, no, no! Open, please!" once the creature started coming toward him, he rammed the door open and ran through the hallway. It was like a maze, with barely any light and multiple, confusing paths. At some point, he managed to find a place to hide while the creature went by. Once it passed, h
